Duty Security Officer / 5-Star Hotel

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Duty Security Officer for a prestigious 5-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff and premises.
• Patrol the hotel, monitor access and challenge unauthorised persons.
• Provide professional guest assistance.
• Monitor CCTV and complete accurate security reports.
• Follow all hotel security procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Clean-shaven appearance is mandatory.
• Fluent, articulate spoken English.
• SIA licence required.
• Previous security experience preferred, particularly in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury environment.
• Excellent presentation and customer-service skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
