Bouncer / Door Man at Bars & Nightclubs

Job Summary

Join us as a Bouncer / Door Man at Bars & Nightclubs, where your commanding presence ensures a safe, enjoyable environment for all. Shifts are event-based, mostly evenings and weekends, minimum 4 hours, with paid breaks on longer shifts.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and verify age and identification to ensure legal entry
• Manage access control by checking guest lists, reservations, and VIP entries

Qualifications

• SIA Licence
• Must have bouncer and Door Man experience
• A confident, commanding presence. Our clients book security to stop trouble before it starts, your presence must be impossible to overlook.
• De-escalation first, always: you prevent and defuse through positioning, communication and judgement. We do not hire aggression
