Retail Security Officers (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We are currently looking for Retail Security Officers to join our growing team across multiple London locations.

• West London
• Central London

• Part-Time
• Full-Time

Role Overview:
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and store assets. You will be responsible for monitoring store activity, preventing theft, and providing professional customer service while representing the security team on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store premises and deter theft or anti-social behaviour
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain store security standards
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
• Work closely with store management and staff
• Respond to incidents and report them accurately

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Security Licence
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
