Security Agent (Day Shifts)

Company Overview
CCH is a coach company specialising in the transportation of air crews in and around Heathrow Airport and the West of London, who is looking to recruit a professional, proactive, and hardworking individual who will oversee the people and vehicle movement in our coach yard.

Responsibilities

• Protect company property and assist with criminal activity and/or Health & Safety hazards
• Full control of staff and visitors’ parking, including company vehicles
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Hourly Site walkarounds and recorded
• Promptly report all suspicious activity, persons, and packages
• Only allow authorised persons entry onto the premises
• Constant monitoring of CCTV of the site
• Refueling and the topping up of AdBlue (as required)
• Administration log of third-party visitors
• Monitor and inspect facilities used by third-party visitors, such as the Coach Wash & Toilet Drop
• Support cleaning staff (as required)
• Tidiness of the yard

Health and Safety

• Comply with Health & Safety directives and policies issued by the company
• Refrain from the wilful misuse or interference with anything provided in the interests of health, safety, and welfare
• Refrain from any action that might endanger yourself, other employees, customers, or members of the public
• Cooperate with the Company in attending and actively participating in any health and safety-related training courses as required
• Immediately report any hazard, faulty equipment, or health and safety concern to the appropriate department and ensure that any action is taken to make the hazard safe

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable
• SIA Licence (Desirable)
• Basic Salary £12.93 per hour
• Auto-enrolment to the company pension scheme
• 20 days annual holidays, including Bank holidays
• Free on-site car parking
• Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off – 12-hour shift
