Door Supervisors – Chelmsford
£14.24 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Work

Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the security team at a busy bar and late night venue in Chelmsford.

We’re looking for reliable, professional individuals who enjoy working within the late night industry and understand that good security is about creating a safe and welcoming environment while having the confidence and judgement to deal effectively with incidents when required.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work at an established Chelmsford venue as part of a professional and well supported team.

What You’ll Get

• £14.24 per hour, paid weekly
• Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
• Additional shifts available during busy trading periods and events

• Support from an experienced Bridgegate Operations team
• Additional work across other Bridgegate venues where available

What We’re Looking For

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
• Smart, professional presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and approachable with customers
• Confident interacting with venue management and colleagues
• Reliable, punctual and team focused
• Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
• Good judgement and the ability to deal with situations proportionately

Previous experience within bars, clubs or late night hospitality is preferred but not essential. We’re equally interested in newly qualified Door Supervisors with the right personality, attitude and approach.
