JOB TITLE: Relief Luxury Retail Security Officer

LOCATION: Central London

PAY RATE: £13.85 per hour

TYPE: Zero hours

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced security officer for our prestigious clients within Central London. Taking pride in providing a professional security service to our client, you will undertake a range of duties to include front of house security, concierge meet & greet of customers, visitors & contractors, staff and customer security check.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for customer information.
• Resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Working alongside a team handling complaints or concerns.
• Responding to customers inquiries or requests.
• Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Skills/ Experience:

• You can deal with a variety of situations and are very customer service focused.
• You can communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English.
• You have good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• You are IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding levels of personal appearance.
• Ability to remain active and mobile throughout shift.

Licence Requirements:

• You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• You will need at least 2 years of experience in high-end luxury retail to be considered for the role
• Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate is desirable

Job Requirements:

• You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).

Interview Requirements:

• Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
