Job Title: Asset Protection Supervisor
The Asset Protection Supervisor, Stores – Canada is responsible for ensuring the effective management and execution of Asset Protection policies, programs and initiatives in a very few high shrink (3-5) Canadian stores. The Asset Protection Supervisor, Stores is responsible for ensuring operational execution to prevent and improve shrink through effective training and assessment of company policies and procedures. The Asset Protection Supervisor, Stores is responsible for initiating and managing internal and external investigations as well as managing store level physical security and associate safety programs. The Asset Protection Supervisor, Stores is responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships with store and Law Enforcement partners. This position may have 0-2 direct reports and reports into the RAPM, Canada.

• Execute oversight program with direct reports, reviewing activity, productivity and investigations. • Ensure timely submission of all required reporting.
• Coordinate special audits and tests to ensure shrink prevention awareness is maximized to meet company goals. • Ensure a safe environment for associates and customers.
