Static Security Guard – Part-time – Weekends

We are looking for security personnel who are professional, committed and have experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies
• Face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
• Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public
• Inspectingpatrolling premises
• Monitoring property access
• Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
• Enforcing client informed policies
• Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
• Responding to alarms
• Other duties to be completed as assigned

Requirements

• A Valid BC Security License
• Relevant experience in the security industry
• Ability to stand for long periods of timecomplete routine patrols
• Excellent customer service skillsprofessional deportment
• Strong commitment to safetysecurity
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Additional certifications are assets: AST, First Aid Certification, etc.

Schedule:

• Weekends – Part-time
• 16-20 hours weekly

Location: No restrictions on commuting – the most suitable candidates are available to commute to Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver, Delta, Burnabythe North Shore.
