Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor CCTV for proactive actions and response.
• Prevent losses and damages to property and persons
• Create detailed Incident Reports
• Conduct Audits as issued
• Abide by Company Policy and Procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assisting residents and visitors with their inquiries
• Monitor the traffic volume in the residential/hotel loading dock
• Track and log keys
• Provide concierge service to Paradox and associated outlets
• Co-ordinate with other departments to provide residents and guests with service

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
