What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide executive protection and high-level security services
• Deliver secure transportation and movement support
• Maintain a calm, professional, and discreet presence
• Conduct ongoing risk assessment and threat mitigation
• Apply de-escalation and use-of-force principles appropriately
• Represent Paladin Risk Solutions to the highest professional standard

Required Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker License, Security Guard
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Ability to perform under pressure with sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Use of Force certification
• De-escalation training
• Executive protection or close protection experience
• Defensive or advanced security driving training
