Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(No weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Korean-speaking Security Guard for a corporate client site located in Downtown Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while providing effective communication with Korean-speaking clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Greet visitors and provide assistance in Korean and English
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols as required
• Observe, report, and respond to security incidents
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
• Enforce site policies and safety procedures
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Liaise with management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-service-oriented presence

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid BC Security Guard Licence (mandatory)
• Fluent Korean (spoken AND Written); English proficiency required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Strong observation and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently in a corporate environment
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate, office, or concierge-style security
• First Aid / CPR certification
• Experience with digital or written incident reporting

Work Conditions:
