Nightclub Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking male & female professional, alert, and confident Nightclub Security Guards to ensure a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment at clubs, lounges, bars, and nightlife events. The ideal candidate has strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-energy environments with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and interior areas to maintain crowd control and safety
• Verify government-issued ID and enforce age-restriction policies
• Manage guest flow, capacity limits, and line control
• De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally before they escalate
• Identify and remove intoxicated, disruptive, or unauthorized individuals when required
• Coordinate with venue staff, management, and local authorities as needed
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, or unsafe behavior
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or medical situations
• Prepare incident reports when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Valid Security Guard License (as required by provincial regulations)
• Previous experience in nightlife, bar, club, or event security preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Physically fit, Tall and able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• First Aid & CPR certification (asset)
• AST certification (asset)
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
