In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily security operations, mentor and support team members, coordinate incident response, and uphold the highest standards of security, customer service, and professionalism. You will serve as a trusted partner to both the client and your team, driving operational excellence and fostering a strong security culture.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with proven supervisory experience in a corporate security environment. - Stable part-time opportunity: Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ( overnight )

Responsibilities for Corporate Security Guard

Lead, coach, and support security staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with site procedures.

Oversee access control, visitor management, and daily security operations.

Conduct inspections and patrols to identify risks and ensure a safe environment.

Coordinate incident response, emergency situations, and first aid as required.

Review reports, maintain documentation, and communicate security concerns to stakeholders.

Monitor security systems and ensure equipment issues are reported and resolved promptly.

Foster strong client relationships while promoting a professional and customer-focused security culture.
Qualifications for Corporate Security Guard
- Authorized to work in Canada with
- Holding a valid BC Security License
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract ( required )
- OFA 1 First Aid Certification ( required )
- Minimum 6 months of Security supervisor experience
- Strong report writing and technology skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
