TACTICAL SECURITY GUARD

Position Overview

Frontline Integrated Security is seeking professional, alert, and dependable Tactical Security Guards to join our team at a busy retail location.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment, preventing theft, monitoring suspicious activity, and responding professionally to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visible security patrols throughout the retail premises.
• Monitor customer activity and identify suspicious behaviour.
• Deter theft, shoplifting, and other loss-prevention incidents.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct professional interventions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and document all security-related activities.
• Maintain a strong security presence and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with store management and dispatch.
• Follow all company procedures and site-specific post orders.

Requirements

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence (mandatory).
• Previous retail security or loss-prevention experience is an asset.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
