Job Title: Residential Strata Concierge/Security

We are hiring an experienced Residential Strata Concierge for a residential building in North Vancouver. Minimum 2 years of concierge experience required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous concierge experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented
• Ability to monitor building access and follow security procedures
• Basic computer skills for logging and communication

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional front desk service to residents and guests
• Monitor building access and maintain security protocols
• Receive and organize package deliveries
• Assist residents with general inquiries and requests
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports
• Communicate with property management and building staff as needed

Schedule

• Wednesday–Sunday
• 4:00 PM–12:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
