Tactical Security Guards —Vancouver/Burnaby/Surrey (Lower Mainland)

What you will do:

• Be a visible, professional deterrent lead with customer service and calm presence.
• Detect & respond to suspicious activity; prevent loss through proactive patrols and observation.
• Access control at lobbies, docks, and gates; stop tailgating/piggybacking.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and targeted checks of high-risk areas.
• Enforce the Trespass Act (BC), Criminal Code of Canada, and applicable site rules.
• Respond to alarms and incidents per post orders; secure premises.
• Produce clear, timely incident and daily reports in our online systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and deportment at all times.

What you bring:

• Strong situational awareness, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Education / Experience:

• Prior security experience (residential, retail, mobile, or events).
• Advanced Security Training, OFA Level 1 or 2, or similar.
• Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress).
• Valid BC driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Must-haves:

• Valid Security Guard Licence (BC)
• Ability to travel across the Lower Mainland
• Reliable punctuality and readiness to cover on-call assignments
