CONCIERGE TEAM MEMBER: RESIDENTIAL STRATA BUILDINGS


We are expanding our team and welcome talented HOSPITALITY/CONCIERGE professionals to join us.


We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals with outstanding customer service and solid track records to join our team of concierge staff in large residential strata buildings.


As Concierge professionals, we work directly with our Operations Management Team in ensuring smooth operations in their designated site(s). We hold a key role in our building(s), overseeing all aspects of client relations with residents, property managers, building staff, contractors and where applicable, other staff.


Concierge provide front desk and administration services, exceeding the expectations of the Concierge job description.


We are nimble in responding to the demands of our sites, adopt a “team” perspective, and excel under pressure. With reliability and accountability, Concierge problem-solve and think quickly to resolve matters using tact and discretion.


Duties:

  • Providing front desk & facility administration
  • Handle access to property, resident records, requests by residents and site staff
  • Coordinate, record, change and administer moving in / out schedules
  • Coordinate elevator bookings, amenity bookings
  • Address resident requests, concerns and complaints
  • Effectively responding to property manager’s requests
  • Maintain, monitor site security, patrolling frequently
  • Communicate via phone and writing, e-mails, logs, online reporting
  • Handle complains politely
  • Troubleshoot, investigate facility issues

Candidates’ Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 year Strata Concierge experience
  • Experience in Hospitality
  • Minimum 1 year in fast-paced customer facing roles
  • Genuine customer-service focus & commitment to high standards of service
  • Hospitality training/hospitality industry experience
  • High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Compensation: Competitive start + increases based on performance


Work Environment: Various roles and schedules available


Part-time or Full-time 24-40 hours/week


Weekdays : Monday to Friday


Must work Statutory Holidays when occurring on assigned work days


Fast-paced environment


Use of computer equipment, including spreadsheets, to produce reports


Physical capacity for regular walking and monitoring premises
