Job Details

The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents and their guests, providing a warm welcome and helpful support. This role assists the building manager with daily tasks, answers resident inquiries, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

Available Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the main contact for residents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist residents with housekeeping and maintenance requests.
• Respond to noise and other resident complaints.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records (vehicles, contacts, guests, and service providers).
• Enforce parking rules, including towing unauthorized vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and exterior.
• Monitor fire alarm panels and report issues.
• Train new Concierge staff when required.
• Flexible working evenings and weekends when needed.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and listening skills.
• Professional appearance (neat suit and attire).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools.
• Organized and responsive with calls and emails.
• Flexible working on holidays and unscheduled shifts.
