About the Role:
Join our team as a Security Guard and play a key role in ensuring a safe and secure environment. We are looking for vigilant and professional individuals who can respond effectively to security situations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV.
• Identify, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Act quickly in emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Perform thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain order.
• Assist visitors and employees while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Work collaboratively with management to improve security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License and First Aid Certification (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Comfortable using computers for tasks such as Outlook and MS Office.
• Preferred: Previous experience in security or customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• Ontario Security License? (required)
