Enforcement Guard Full-Time and Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a Enforcement Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. We’re hiring for various retail/residential locations in the North York and the Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of premises
– Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
– Respond to emergencies and incidents
– Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to prevent violations
– Provide assistance to customers and employees as needed
– Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities

Qualifications:

• Valid security guard license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services. – Do not have a security license? We can help. Careers – VP Protection
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Proven experience in security or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
• Background in law enforcement is a plus
