Job Description

As a Security Intervention Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by performing patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing site policies. This role requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to act decisively in dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols
• Monitor premises and control access points
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
• De-escalate conflicts and enforce property rules
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Coordinate with emergency services when required

Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License (mandatory)
• Clean criminal record
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual an asset)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
• Valid driver’s license (asset for mobile positions)

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Previous experience in security, intervention, or mobile patrol
