What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prevent theft, shoplifting, and suspicious activities.
• Monitor retail environments to protect people, merchandise, and property.
• Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Work closely with store management and security teams.
• Respond to incidents professionally while keeping safety a top priority.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Previous Loss Prevention or retail security experience highly preferred.
• Previous Arrest experience an asset.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional under pressure.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
