Security – Site Supervisor – Condominium

CondominiumsResponsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site security team
– Ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets
– Monitor surveillance systems and CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious activity
– Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage
– Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed for incidents or emergencies
– Conduct regular inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
– Train and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities

– Site is new build, must wear PPE all the time.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in Condominums is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
– Familiarity with law enforcement practices and regulations is preferred
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
– Attention to detail and strong observational skills
– Proficient in using computer systems and security equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
