Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our security team in Ontario. The Concierge will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment and supporting our company’s mission of safety and excellence at our location in Ontario.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV to oversee premises.
• Conduct surveillance activities to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Support loss prevention initiatives by observing and reporting suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to uphold security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to security operations.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or security roles.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.
• Valid security license or relevant certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
