We are seeking a professional Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a Concierge at Probe Investigation & Security Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our clients and premises. This position is based in Ontario and offers an opportunity to be part of a respected security organization dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain front desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.
• Ensure security protocols are followed while delivering guest services.
• Coordinate with security personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is an advantage.
