Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a key point of contact, you will help ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients and visitors while supporting our company’s mission of providing reliable security services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Monitor access points and enforce security protocols.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a secure environment by following safety procedures.
- Coordinate with security personnel and management as needed.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Support administrative tasks related to visitor logs and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or security roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid identification and the legal right to work in Canada.
- Bilingual skills are an asset but not required.
