Position: Full Time Residential Security Guards

Site: Condominium Properties in Greater Toronto Area

Job Type: Full Time (Must be available for ALL shifts)

Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible. This role is for an existing vacancy, no upfront costs associated.

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards to join our Residential team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Must be able to write Special Occurrence Reports (SOR) and Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR).
• Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds.
• Must have access to own transportation
• Available for ALL shifts ( no restrictions)

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized entry or activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to ensure the security of the premises
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment

Experience:

• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation
