Now Hiring: Security Guard Floater (Flexible Schedule)

Locations: Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton

Schedule: Varies (minimum 2 shifts per week; additional availability encouraged)

Position Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
Valid Driver’s License (mandatory)
Reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites (mandatory)
CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory)
Use of Force Training (an asset)
Clear Criminal & Background Check (mandatory)
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
Experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or CCTV systems (an asset)

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and the public
Conduct regular patrols and enforce site-specific security protocols
Act swiftly, responsibly, and professionally during emergencies
Uphold professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics
Communicate fluently in English and complete accurate, detailed reports
