Invictus Security is hiring a Full-Time Security Guard for a construction site in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario.

This is a great opportunity for a dependable security professional looking for consistent full-time weekday hours in a professional work environment.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and punctual, and can maintain a professional and alert security presence throughout their shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the construction site
• Monitor the property for unauthorized persons, vehicles, and suspicious activity
• Assist with access control and monitor individuals entering and leaving the site
• Complete detailed daily and hourly activity reports
• Document and report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies
• Maintain communication with the Invictus Security operations team
• Ensure assigned areas remain safe and secure
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from the site
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable working in an active construction-site environment
• Able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Physically capable of completing regular foot patrols throughout an 8-hour shift
• Able to remain alert, attentive, and professional throughout the entire shift
• Previous security experience is an asset
• Previous construction-site security experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift Length: 8 hours
Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON
Transportation: Personal vehicle required
