About Us:
Interlinx Security Solutions is a professional security services provider supporting condominiums, BIAs, and high-risk urban properties across Toronto and the GTA. We are currently seeking a Concierge Security Guard with mandatory parking enforcement certification for a condominium property in Vaughan.

Position Overview:
The Concierge Security Guard will act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence. This role includes authorized parking enforcement duties in compliance with condominium bylaws and City of Vaughan regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide concierge-style customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
• Monitor access points and maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Patrol common areas, parking garages, and exterior property grounds
• Enforce parking regulations and issue parking tickets/notices as authorized
• Maintain accurate records of all parking violations and security incidents
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally
• De-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe and respectful environment
• Communicate effectively with property management and emergency services

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid Parking Enforcement Certificate (mandatory)
• Previous concierge or condominium security experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to remain professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations
• Basic computer skills for reporting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vaughan, ON (York District): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Ticket management systems: 1 year (required)
• concierge security: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Parking Enforcement License (required)
• Security Guard Licence (required)
