About the Role:
Horizonor Inc. is hiring experienced Security Supervisors to oversee guard operations, ensure adherence to site procedures, and lead teams during security deployments. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to provide leadership in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security guards during shifts
• Conduct briefings, assign duties, and perform on site inspections
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalating situations
• Provide direction and ensure proper documentation of all incidents
• Maintain clear communication with management and site contacts
• Train new guards and support ongoing skill development
• Ensure guards follow uniform standards and policies
• Prepare supervisor logs, reports, and shift summaries

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Minimum 2–3 years security experience, including supervisory duties
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
• Proficient in report writing and incident management
• Ability to handle conflict and de escalate situations
• Professional, reliable, and able to work flexible hours

Compensation:
$28.40 per hour
Uniforms and required equipment provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.40-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
