Guardteck Security is looking for Security Officers for University in Downtown Toronto, Ontario!

Position Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Basic Security License
• Valid First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of CCTV monitoring experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard
• Must be familiar with handling vagrants and intoxicated persons
• 
  Police Foundations is an asset
• Confident in verbal conflict de-escalation
• Proficient in English (verbal & written)
• Able to complete detailed, high-quality reports
• Strong customer service skills; previous experience considered a strong asset
• Professional, disciplined, and ethical approach to duties
• Able to patrol and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a diverse team
• Able to follow established procedures and routines effectively
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Flexible availability
• Must be ready to meet new people and bring a positive attitude to work

Shift Details:

• Monday- Friday
  0700-1445 hours
  1445-2230 hours

Wage Range:

• 
  $19.00 per hour
