Part-Time Security Guards – Events (Toronto & Airport Area)

Job Summary
Cross Connect Security is hiring part-time, licensed Security Guards for upcoming events. We offer flexible shifts across days, evenings, nights, and weekends at major convention venues across Toronto.

Starting rate: $17.60/hour
Immediate shifts available for successful candidates

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and observe site activity
• Respond to incidents and support emergency procedures when required
• Provide customer service and clear direction to attendees
• Work closely with event teams and fellow staff

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
• Resume (required)
• Valid work authorization in Canada (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to remain calm and composed in busy environments
• Smart Serve® certification (asset)
• Experience in events or security (asset, not required)
