Tactical Security Guards – Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call (URGENT)

iGuard360° is currently hiring Tactical Security Guards for upcoming Soccer Centre events across the GTA. We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-service focused guards to assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment during high-traffic sporting events and tournaments.

This position is ideal for guards who enjoy fast-paced environments, crowd interaction, and event operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and spectator areas
• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the facility
• Assist with crowd management and access control
• Provide excellent customer service to players, guests, and staff
• Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
• Maintain a visible security presence during events
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
• Reliable transportation considered an asset
• Previous event, retail, tactical, or concierge security experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and late-night events

Certifications:

• First Aid / CPR Level C
• Use of Force / Handcuffing
• Police Foundations or related education considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour
