Tactical Security Guard – Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call

As a Tactical Security Guard with iGuard360°, you’ll be the trusted problem-solver who keeps people and properties safe across multiple sites, jumping in where you’re needed most and representing our brand with confidence and professionalism.

What you will do:

• Be a visible, professional deterrent lead with customer service and a calm presence.
• Detect & respond to suspicious activity; prevent loss via proactive patrols and observation.
• Manage access control (IDs, passes); prevent tailgating/piggybacking.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and targeted checks of high-risk areas.
• Enforce the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario), the Criminal Code of Canada, and site rules.
• Respond to alarms/incidents per post orders; secure premises.
• Produce clear, timely incident and daily reports in our online systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and deportment at all times.

What you bring:

• High personal integrity and excellent communication (written & verbal).
• Customer-service mindset with confident, respectful enforcement.
• Strong situational awareness, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Education / Experience:

• Prior security experience (residential, retail, mobile, events).
• First Aid/CPR (Level C), Use of Force/Handcuffing, or related training.
• Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress).
• Ontario G driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Must-haves:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Reliable punctuality and readiness for evenings/overnights/weekends as needed
• Ability to travel across the GTA assignments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
