Mobile Patrol Supervisor – Part-Time

We are currently seeking Part-TimeMobile Patrol Supervisor to serve as a key management representative in the field. This role is responsible for critical incident response, field training, and coaching security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-assigned vehicle in compliance with the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and applicable regulations
• Conduct site visits to ensure security staff adhere to uniform, training, and procedural standards
• Respond to critical incidents (fire, flood, medical emergencies, criminal activity) and coordinate with emergency services as needed
• Perform patrols, site visits, and inspections at client facilities
• Work closely with the Operations Centre to ensure efficient response times for incidents and field requests
• Enforce client policies, the Trespass to Property Act, and parking regulations
• Accurately document occurrences and incident reports using electronic reporting software, including body camera footage
• Represent iGuard360° professionally and act as an extension of management when on-site
• Perform additional duties as assigned in emergency and operational scenarios

What You Bring:

• Availability for 12-hour evening and/or overnight shifts
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and scheduling software
• Experience in critical incident response and conflict resolution

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience

Required Certifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid G Driver’s License (asset)
• Clean Driver’s Abstract (asset)
• Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
