Tactical Security Guard

Job description

We are currently hiring Residential Tactical Mobile Security Guards. This is a mobile position requiring guards to patrol multiple residential properties. The guard will maintain a visible presence, respond to incidents, and ensure the safety of residents and property.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile patrols at multiple residential sites
• Provide visible tactical security presence
• Monitor entrances and property grounds
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and disturbances
• Perform scheduled patrol checks
• Write detailed incident and daily reports
• Enforce property rules and policies
• Coordinate with management and emergency services

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Must have own vehicle (required)
• Valid G driver’s license with clean abstract
• Previous mobile or residential security experience preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently
• First Aid/CPR certification (asset)
• Must be reliable and punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• residential/condo security: 2 years (preferred)

• Security Guard Licence (preferred)
