Aquarius Security & Investigative Services is hiring confident and capable Loss Prevention Investigators to support retail locations in your area. This is a hands-on, active investigative role — ideal for individuals who stay calm under pressure, make clear decisions quickly, and are comfortable professionally intervening in theft situations.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor for theft, fraud, and safety risks both on the sales floor and via CCTV
• Professionally intervene and conduct lawful apprehensions when required
• Perform active floor-walking duties with strong situational awareness
• Follow established investigative and safety protocols
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident and apprehension reports
• Respond to emergencies and escalate situations according to SOPs

• Ability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License
• Minimum 1 year of Retail Loss Prevention experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
• Ability to work across multiple sites
