Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Experienced Site Security Guard to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. In this dynamic role, you will be the first line of defense in safeguarding our premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help prevent theft, manage conflicts, and respond swiftly to emergencies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a secure environment while utilizing your expertise in security operations and law enforcement techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct site patrols in high profile and/or sensitive environments.
• Practice confidentiality with privileged information or any protected/classified information you come into contact with.
• Handle emergency situations and assist first responders.
• Conduct access control to protected facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Report to Mobile Patrol Supervisor.
• Write reports and submit them in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License ( Required )
• First Aid Certificate ( Required )
• Minimum 2 years of Site Security experience . ( Required )
• English – Fluent ( Required )
• Use of Force certificate ( Preferred )

Language:

• English Fluency (Required)

Salary:

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Pay starts ~$20/hour with options for increase based on performance over a contract term.)
