Sword Security is recruiting Seasonal Premium Suited Event Personnel to join our Ottawa team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class security and guest services to clients and event attendees
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and attentive presence throughout the event
• Conduct security screening, including access control, wanding, pat-downs, bag checks, and other screening procedures as required
• Ensure compliance with client expectations, venue regulations, and company standards
• Monitor crowd movements and behaviour and respond appropriately to emerging situations
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentation while representing Sword Security
• Support a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for all guests

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of security experience within the Ontario event security sector
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification (required)
• Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
• Ability to remain on your feet and actively engaged for shifts of up to 10 hours
