Gardien | Watchman

*****Night Shifts – Saturday and Sunday 7pm to 7am – 24h per week. Additional hours may be required from time to time.*****

We are a residential and commercial real estate management company operating primarily in Quebec and Ontario. We currently manage over 3000 high-end rental units as well as several commercial buildings and are rapidly expanding our portfolio. We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a watchman in our properties.

Job Description: Security Guard

*****Applicants must hold a valid security guard licence with force*****

Responsibilities:
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Supervise CCTV systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and security-related activities
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises

– Manage packages brought into the premises
– Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed
– Report any safety hazards or security breaches to the appropriate authorities

Experience:
– Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
– Strong observation skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
– Basic computer skills for operating security systems
