Overview:
G-Force Security is currently seeking professional, reliable, and adaptable Security Guards to join our team. This role is well suited for individuals who are customer-focused, dependable, and committed to creating a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and assets. As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in protecting property, preventing security incidents, and supporting safe, efficient operations at assigned locations.

Job Duties:

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure site safety and protocol compliance.
• Control access by verifying IDs and logging entries and exits.
• Observe and promptly report suspicious activities or hazards.
• Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Complete accurate daily and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (Required).
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control procedures, and loss prevention techniques (considered an asset).
• Strong situational awareness with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
