Position Overview:
We are currently seeking one dedicated Mobile Security Supervisors to join our Day team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive compensation package, including incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile patrols and ensure the security of assigned sites.
• Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a proactive and professional team environment.
• Respond to incidents, including arrests, and apply Use of Force protocols when necessary.
• Maintain clear and detailed reports, demonstrating strong communication and writing skills.
• Administer scheduling and oversee operational logistics as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of mobile security experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification in Use of Force, CPR, and First-Aid.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Administrative and scheduling experience is an asset.
• Passion for security, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
