Mobile Security Guard

DESCRIPTION:

Intercept Security Services is on the look out for smart, attentive and safety-oriented personnel within our Calgary region who are skilled and licensed to provide security services to our individual and corporate clients.

Our Mobile patrol officers (aka MPOs) are majorly responsible for deterring suspicious security activity/breaches on assigned properties.

Your main job would be to provide top-quality surveillance and inspection across the locations you are assigned to within any of our regions. It is worthy of mention that, a great level of responsibility as well as attention to details are major components of this job role, so you should always be well aware and cautious of the environment of the properties you are assigned to in order to ensure that there are no security breaches on these properties.

The role is open for immediate full-time employment and would be filled as soon as we get the right candidates. Please note that we are looking for overnight shift Mobile driver and requires overnight availability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a high standard of security.
• Safeguard clients against theft, invasion/damage to property and trespassing.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or company vehicle
• Record activities and occurrences digitally.
• Other miscellaneous duties related to ensuring security and safety of the site, clients, and visitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mobile Patrol Experience (1 year experience)
• Clean driving record with no demerit points.
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Good communication and observation skills
• Excellent reporting skills
• Excellent knowledge or routes and locations within the province.
• Alberta Security Service Worker License
• Mobile phone for safety and emergencies
• Own car.
• Should be comfortable using technology.
