Evening – Security Guard Position

Introduction:

We are seeking people with customer service skills to join our Security team, for the Elbow River Casino. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, while ensuring safety, security, and maintaining a fun atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and people skills
• Responding to emergencies or disturbances in the building
• Writing detailed accurate reports (shiftily, and for any incidents that you may encounter during your shift)
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned.

• AGLC Gaming License
• Criminal Background Check
• AGLC Protect
• AGLC ProServe
• AGLC Anit-Money Laundering Certification Course
• AGLC Responsible Gambling phase 1
• AGLC Responsible Gambling phase 2
• Security Guard License
