High Rise Condo Concierge

Are you a weapons-grade doer who can enforce rules and by-laws in a friendly manner?

Concierge Qualifications:

  • You embody the highest echelon in customer service skills… nice!
  • You have customer service or client relations experience of 2 years or more (impressive!)
  • You are enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible, accountable, and capable Team
  • You have an outgoing personality and interact well with a diverse group of awesome people
  • You are able to work efficiently and stick-handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing super-hero customer service! (wow – look at you!)
  • You have well written English language skills to read and understand procedures and instructions, to prepare logs, incident reports, and other important written materials
  • You have excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate with others in English;
  • You have stellar typing skills and familiarity with the use of computers, standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, One Drive, One Note, Power point) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive Google apps) and Adobe.
  • You have the ability and openness to learn new computer programs (CCTV, FOB and intercom systems, cloud-based systems, project management systems

Primary Responsibilities

  • ·You maintain an inviting and welcoming environment while performing customer service and administrative tasks
  • You coordinate resident moves with confidence and ease from start to finish, including elevator bookings, pre walk throughs, post walk throughs, recording damages and managing that process with tenants, owners, and property management.
  • You Ensure that all property rules and regulations are communicated on site, followed and maintained in the friendliest of manners, while enforcing effectively.
  • You provide collaborative support and communication to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • You conduct daily multiple building walkthroughs as coordinated with on-site facilities, watching out for abnormalities such as mechanical leaks, pests, cleanliness, property damage and noise
  • You will maintain and operate building security systems with super-sleuth “spidey senses” including monitoring of CCTV, both recording and downloading of events when required, and providing snapshots for property management where applicable.
  • You promptly and happily program and enter door intercoms, security access cards and FOBS while collecting the necessary fees (be electronic means – no cash is accepted)
  • You work with facilities, residents and the property management to facilitate yearly fire testing, deficiencies and filter changes by coordinating access with the receipt and return of resident keys
  • You are the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues, reporting these promptly to the on-site and property management team
  • You will complete a daily report that will be distributed to Property Management.
  • You will work a daily (on-site) 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Hourly Rate: $17 – $20 hourly, depending on skills and experience
  • This is an on-site position without the option of working remotely.
