Unarmed Flex Security Officer – $22/hr. PAID WEEKLY

360 Security Group is hiring dependable, professional Unarmed Flex Security Officers to support security coverage at client locations throughout Austin and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work who can cover scheduled assignments, open shifts, and occasional short-notice needs. Assignments and hours vary based on client needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Monitor entrances, verify credentials, and manage access to assigned areas.
• Conduct patrols and report safety concerns or suspicious activity.
• Assist with crowd management, guest directions, and venue policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and use verbal de-escalation when appropriate.
• Communicate with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
• Arrive on time, in the required uniform, and ready to work.

Qualifications

• Meet applicable Texas requirements for unarmed security work and maintain required credentials.
• Have reliable transportation to assignments throughout the service area.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and sound judgment.
• Be dependable, punctual, and responsive to scheduling communications.
• Be able to perform duties that may involve extended standing, walking, and outdoor work, with reasonable accommodation.
• Prior security or military experience is preferred.

Schedule & Availability

Shifts may include days, evenings, overnight coverage, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should provide their availability and be comfortable working at different locations. Flex hours vary, and a fixed weekly schedule is not guaranteed.
