Duties

• Greet and manage access for guests, staff, contractors, and vendors with professionalism and confidence
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises
• Implement loss prevention measures by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
• Enforce venue policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid if required and coordinating with emergency services
• Maintain accurate records of access logs, incident reports, and surveillance footage
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards

Experience

• Previous experience in security or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; we value motivated individuals eager to learn
• Knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous
• Certification from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as a Door Supervisor is required or obtainable upon appointment
• Basic first aid certification is highly desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations confidently

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
