Aces Corp is building a Priority Deployment Network of reliable, professional Security Officers for multiple current and upcoming contracts across the Greater Houston Area.

This is not a standard “apply and wait” job posting.
Selected candidates are screened and placed into a pre-qualified priority roster. Top performers receive faster placement, more consistent hours, and preferential access to higher-paying or preferred assignments as contracts open.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at assigned sites
• Conduct regular and random patrols (interior/exterior)
• Control access points and verify credentials as required
• Observe, report, and respond appropriately to incidents
• Follow post orders and site-specific procedures precisely
• Interact professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and the public
• Complete accurate, timely reports

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Texas security license (Level II preferred; willingness to obtain accepted for strong candidates)
• Reliable transportation and ability to report on time across the Greater Houston Area
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain alert and focused for full shifts (standing, walking, varying conditions)
• Proven dependability and responsiveness
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Armed (Level III) certification
• CPR / First Aid / BLS
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or multi-site environments

Compensation & Growth

• $25–$30 per hour depending on post, shift, experience, and performance
