NOW HIRING – UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS

Stratton Security Group is currently seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers for multiple sites across Los Angeles. This position requires officers to maintain a safe and secure environment through proactive patrols, property inspections, and exceptional customer service while enforcing client policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the shopping center
• Perform routine perimeter inspections to help deter criminal activity
• Complete hourly inspections of buildings, common areas, and client assets
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations
• Respond professionally to incidents while following company and client protocols
• Provide courteous customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors
• Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports
• Maintain a visible security presence to promote a safe environment

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
• Ability to remain alert, exercise good judgment, and work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred

Starting Pay: $19.00/Hour
